Mission Statement:
The Denville Farmers Market provides locally grown fresh, high value produce and specialty foods. The Denville Farmers Market is a healthy community event that brings traffic to downtown, introduces both farm and non farm local businesses to the community, and enhances the Township of Denville’s sustainability as a community.

Can’t wait! Exciting! We’ll be there! These are responses from Denville Community regards to soon opening outdoor farmers market.
Farmers Market will be taking place on Sunday Mornings starting June 19th till November 20th at Bloomfield Ave. Parking Lot. Market hours will be 8:30am- 1:00pm.
There is something indescribably special about doing your food shopping early morning at the farmers market! I believe it being a combination of a friendly ambiance, knowing the story of your just purchased food as farmers are there to answer all your questions, knowing that your purchased food is fresh, local and feeling good about supporting local small businesses and farms. We are all aware of the benefits of the farmers market: supporting local farms, reducing food miles, reducing waste, educating shoppers on the production and origin of purchased food. Knowing all the benefits makes you feel good about contributing and participating at the farmers market to brace the good cause.
Farmers markets are more than just fresh food shopping. 9:00 am- a five year old girl sitting on a street curb, eating her breakfast-muffin with a pickle on a stick. There is simplicity and laid back good feel hanging at the market. You are likely to meet up with your friends-neighbors and have a change for a casual catch up! Farmers market is a healthy community event!
Community members, Chamber of Commerce and Township of Denville have come together to make the event happen for Denville and neighboring residents! I would like to applaud Kristin Pamperin, DCOC President, for believing in the farmers’ market project’s importance for the community as well for local businesses and being the “spokesperson” for the market project. Council President Tom Andes, Council members, Mayor Ted Hussa and Business Administrator Marie Goble need to be thanked for their support making the Denville Farmers Market a reality. Tracy Pamperin and Jeff Kemp have stepped forward to help The Denville Farmers Market have a beautiful design and a website! I would like to praise Jeff O’Hara from Union Hills Farms in a name of the community for keeping up the farming in Denville.
In addition to our own Union Hill Farms, The Denville Farmers Market will be hosting Melick’s Town Farm, Havenwood Farm and many specialty vendors; Anthony and Sons Bakery, Cornerstone Café with their award winning chili, Picklelicious with their assortment of pickles and olives, Sweet Niche biscotti’s, Fontanarosa’s fresh pasta makers and much more.

Denville Farmers Market will have a weekly spot for civic, not for profit organizations to promote their good deeds! If you would like to sign up your organization please email me your request!
Please mark June 27th on your calendar as the Grand Opening for the Denville Farmers Market! Official Ribbon cutting will take place at 10 am.
